An Athens, GA customer had water entering his commercial office building every time it rained. They decided to call Atlanta Basement Systems after being referred by a previous customer. Bud S., one of Atlanta's best waterproofing inspectors, was scheduled to assess the water problem. Upon inspection, Bud was able to quickly diagnose the problem the customer was facing in his office building. 

To permanently resolve all water problems, Atlanta's Basement System foreman and production crew would install an EZ-Flow Drainage System, a SmartSump Pump System with an Exterior Discharge Line, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona crawl space dehumidification system. 

EZ-Flow is a gravel free alternative to a french drain system that collects surface water and be redirected to the Sump Pump System. CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier will prevent ground water from evaporating into the crawl space air. Being coupled with the crawl space drainage system and sump pump, moisture and water will be expelled from the area before it could cause any water damage. The SaniDry Sedona is a crawl space dehumidifier that self drains to the sump pump and will keep the air clean and dry! After these systems collect water and drain to the sump pump, an Exterior Discharge line that is connected to the sump system and out through the exterior or the building, will remove water away from the building at a safe distance to ensure that back flow of water does not re-enter.
