After finding Atlanta Basement Systems on the internet, Vance from Buchanan, Georgia reached out to us for an estimate. He was having issues with his foundation settling and beginning to crack. He also mentioned that he was interested in encapsulating his crawl space to protect his home from future damage.
The biggest component to solving the foundation issue was installing helical piers. The piers are screwed deeply into the soil and then the weight of the home can be transferred through the helical piers to component soils that can support the home better. The the home can be lifted back to its original position and permanently stabilized. Additionally, we encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace encapsulation system and installed a SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep humidity low.
