The team identified the source of the leak and determined which waterproofing solutions would be the most effective in preventing further moisture and water damage. Water leaking through the wall/floor joint led to wood rot and drywall damage. Our solution was to install our WaterGuard drainage system and the SmartSump pump. By installing the WaterGuard system, the team was able to keep the water from entering the basement and causing further damage. The sump pump system was then used to remove the water that was collected by the WaterGuard system, making sure that the basement was kept dry and free from moisture.
