This home in Cave Springs had been having issues with water intrusion for the past couple of months. After Hurricane Helene, this home unfortunately had a decent amount of water get in and cause damage to the belongings in the basement. Wanting to prevent mold growth and keep water from getting in again, the homeowners opted for us to install a waterproofing system for them. After assessing the home and seeing where water was getting in, Austin created a customized solution to waterproof the basement. This system included WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a TripleSafe sump pump. IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet were also installed to prevent any clogs or a frozen discharge drain. The TripleSafe provides extra levels of protection so that even in the case of heavy rains and a power outage it can keep working. The homeowner was extremely happy with how his basement turned out and he left us a great review!
To waterproof this home in Cave Spring, Ga Ken and his crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump along with WaterGuard drainage and a TrenchDrain. The TripleSafe works with the WaterGuard to pull any water out of the drain and then quickly pump it out of the house through the LawnScape Outlet. The TripleSafe has a two pumps, allowing it to quickly pump out water and providing a backup in case anything happens to the first one. Additionally, it has battery backup so that even in the toughest storms it can keep pumping when the power goes out.
This home was built in the 1970s and it had issues with the basement and water getting in. The homeowner hadn't realized that there was issues in the basement until they started moving some belongings down there. In order to fix this issue, we did a half wall removal and then installed CleanSpace and a TripleSafe Sump Pump along with WaterGuard drainage. Additonally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed to control the relative humidity. Now the basement is protected from moisture and humidity!
