Shane noticed that he had sagging floors in his home. On top of this issue he also noticed that there was a strange odor coming from the home. Shane was concerned that there could be moisture in his crawl space. He called and got a free inspection from Jordon and this confirmed his suspicions with issues. In Shane's crawl space a SmartJack support system was installed and this allows the floor to be stabilized by the metal jack enough to where the floors were not lifted too high. There was also a CleanSpace Wall System installed and this encapsulates the space and prevents water from entering the crawl space. Pairing with this, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed and is highly efficient and upon placement is set to keep the humidity in range, and never has to be reset or changed. Once this project was done, Shane was able to step foot in his home and not notice a sagging floor and the odor was gone, and he knew that his crawlspace was now going to be safe from moisture and humidity that may cause issues down the line.
