This Commerce, GA homeowner searched the internet for a foundation repair specialist after experiencing sticking windows and doors, obvious foundation cracks, and a sagging floor problem. Push piers are installed next to the foundation footings and attached with heavy duty steel brackets. The weight of the home is then transferred to the pier system for stabilization. When stabilization and lifting are complete, soil is backfilled around the piers. If you are experiencing settlement issues due to unknown soil conditions, this is the most effective foundation repair method.
