This customer was dealing with structural foundation issues, that had an effect on the driveway of the home. The concrete of the driveway was cracked, unlevel and was overall not appealing to look at. We had a homeowner reach out to us with concerns of water getting into his basement. He had lived in his home for more than 20 years, and has been dealing with this issue for a very long time, and just recently he knew that this was something he needed to fix. When this homeowner called us, he spoke with our customer care center, and they got him scheduled for a free inspection and estimate with one of our system design specialist. Upon inspection, the system design specialist was able to take a very thorough look through the basement of the home, and found that the water was coming in from the front left corner of the home. While he was there the homeowner had mentioned that at one time, there had been over half an inch of water covering the entirety of the floor. To make sure this was never an issue that this homeowner had to deal with or worry over again, the solution was to seal the main water line and install the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump is our renowned sump pump. Not only is it going to keep this basement dry, but it is going to keep it dry all of the time. The TripleSafe comes equipped with twin liners, AC back-up pump, battery back-up and the WaterWatch alarm system. This means that during a power outage this basement will stay dry, and if the battery back-up ever ceases to work, the WaterWatch alarm system will alert the homeowner if the water in the basement reaches a level at which the sump pump should have drained the water out of the home.
