This customer had contacted us about wanting an Egress window installed. An Egress window serves the purpose of an emergency evacuation route, if need be. Our crew was able to go out and install one for them. To complete this job the wall was removed, to prepare the interior to install CleanSpace and WaterGuard. These are installed with an Egress window to prevent water leakage into the home. These were installed alongside a sump pump, to pump the water out and away from the home. The wall was then replaced and the window was installed with a rock well. The rock well is a drainage system, that allows the water to run into the soil, and manages excess surface water. Once this project was completed, the customers were left happy with the results.
