To waterproof this basement we installed WaterGuard drainage along with a TripleSafe sump pump to catch any water and pump it out of the basement. We also installed CleanSpace on the walls to catch any moisture from getting in and direct it to the WaterGuard. This will also protect the wall and room from mold. With the the sump pump we installed an exterior discharge line and included IceGuard to prevent a frozen line and we put a LawnScape Outlet at the end of the line to protect it and prevent clogs.
The soil under this driveway has gotten washed out, causing the driveway to shift and sink. This homeowner has multiple vehicles, so they use their driveway a lot and they wanted to get it fixed. We were able to send one of our PolyLevel crews out there to put the injection foam below the driveway and stabilize and lift it. PolyLevel can be done quickly and the driveway can be used almost immediately afterwards. After taking this photo, the crew cleaned up the excess foam and then the driveway was good to go!
This home owner had a concrete slab right outside their door, which had sunk and become unlevel. They were worried about it being a safety issue or liability, so they wanted it repaired. To fix it, Caleb used PolyLevel Injection Foam to raise the level the slab. Now the back entry is safe again!
