This customer had started noticing a moldy, damp smell in the upstairs of her home. Since most people never go in their crawl space, this is one of the first signs that there are problems in the space. Upon discovering the smell upstairs, she did decide to check and stumbled upon mold in the crawlspace. Mold in the crawl space happens due to excess moisture in the crawl space.
