This customer called with issues of water leaking into her basement. She stated that it has happened twice and it was a lot of water and it came in from many different places. She was concerned with her basement flooding, so we wanted to be able to send a sales rep out that could give her options and let her know what we would be able to do to resolve all of her problems. The sales rep was able to determine that her basement would need WaterGuard, a CleanSpace wall system and a SuperSump plus sump pump. These are all essentially different pieces to a puzzle and with all of them in a basement the basement will be waterproofed. We sent a crew out and they got to work on this customers basement. The CleanSpace wall system is our durable CleanSpace liner that allows the water to drain behind it, sealing the basement off from moisture. The CleanSpace drains the water to the WaterGuard, which is buried underneath a thin layer of concrete. This is what hold the water and drains it to the sump pump. In this basement we used the SuperSump plus, which is a very reliable sump pump and offers high-volume pumping of water. This sump pump also comes with a built-in watcher alarm, which will alert this customer if the water ever gets to a level at which the pump should have been draining it. With all of these working pieces in the basement, this customer had peace of mind knowing that she would not have to worry about her basement flooding.
