He gave us at Atlanta Basement Systems a call, and asked us to send out a sales representative to give an inspection to determine what could be done to fix this problem he was having. After the sales rep completed his inspection, he determined that PolyLevel was going to be the best way to fix this. PolyLevel is a high-density, light-weight foam that is made of structural grade polymers. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete through small holes that are drilled. The PolyLevel then expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height, without adding any weight. It is water and wash-out proof, and will not ruin the natural expansion and contraction of the concrete. This customer was pleased with the results of this job.

This customer called us here at Atlanta Basement Systems wanting to accomplish a few different things with the work that was going to get done. They wanted to keep the basement dry and dry all the time. They also wanted to be able to prevent mold and reduce the odors that come from it. We determined that the best way to fix this was going to be to install a waterproofing system into the area. This way there will be no way for moisture to enter the space, and this will keep the basement dry and prevent mold from growing. Our crew was sent out and they installed the TripleSafe sump pump, the CleanSpace wall sytem, WaterGuard, the Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and a condensate pump. The CleanSpace is equipped with antimicrobial properties that prevents mold from growing, and it also allows the water to drain behind the liner and into the WaterGuard, which then allows the water to flow to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is equipped with battery back up, which ensures the pump will never go out. It is also equipped with a Watch Alarm, which will alert the homeowner if the water is ever at a level at which the sump pump should have pumped the water out and away from the home. With this full waterproofing system the homeowner was left with the peace of mind that there basement was going to stay dry and mold free.
