This garage was out of level and leaning. The wall and concrete started cracking in a bunch of spots because of this. In order to stabilize the garage posts we had to install helical piers. Helical piers transfer the weight to bedrock or load-bearing soil to stabilize the structure. Then the piers are screwed in to be sturdy. They can then lift the structure back into the original position. The guys did a great job installing the piers and the garage already looks way better!
