This customer needed to seal off their crawl space, to bring down relative humidity percentages, keep water and moisture out and ensuring that no further issues would come from water entering the crawl space. He gave us a call and we were able to send out a sales representative to conduct an inspection to see what we could do to fix these issues for him. The sales representative was able to figure out exactly what could be done to help, and we sent a crew right out to install this waterproofing system. Before beginning this job, we had the crew do what is called Soda Blasting. It is a mold remediation process that gets rid of the mold build up in the crawl space. Then CleanSpace, and the CleanSpace vent seals were installed. Alongside the TripleSafe sump pump and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into the concrete with specialized equipment, and it expands to the desired height, causing the concrete to lift.
