This customer was having issues with unlevel places and cracks in his driveway. This is a result of the natural contraction of the expansion of the concrete as the temperatures and the seasons change. Voids in the concrete can lead to water seeping in and saturating the soil underneath, which causes the concrete to sink. It can also lead to complete wash-out of the soil, leaving nothing to stabilize the concrete. This customer decided to give us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems, and we were able to help him out with the problems in his driveway. Caleb and the crew used PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair to fix these issues. PolyLevel is a high-density and light weight foam made up of structural grade polymers, that is injected into the concrete. It expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height, and it is durable, leaving the concrete stable. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant, that prevents water infiltration, and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left thoroughly pleased with his results.

 This customer was having an issue of several gallons of water leaking into his basement, and mold was becoming an issue in this basement. He was wanting to get these problems remediated. He was referred to us here at Atlanta Basement Systems by a friend, so he decided to give us a call to see what we would be able to do to to help him out. With this customer we were able to install the WaterGuard drainage system, along with the CleanSpace wall system and a TripleSafe sump pump. With all of these installed this is ensuring a complete waterproofing for this basement. The CleanSpace wall system allows the water to drain behind the durable liner and into the WaterGuard, that then drains the water to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is equipped with a back-up battery system that ensures the sump pump will never stop working. It is also equipped with a Watch Alarm that will alert the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the sump pump should have drained the water out and away from the home. Once all of these pieces were installed, this customer will never have to worry about a wet basement, it will be dry all of the time, throughout all of the different seasons. This customer was left pleased with the results!
