This home had a couple areas where the concrete was cracked and unlevel, both in the house and outside. This had caused visible cracks in the floor and also on the wall in the kitchen and living room. In order to prevent further damage, we needed to stabilize the foundation. We have multiple stabilization options at Atlanta Basement Systems so Eddie created a plan that made sense for this home and it's issues. For the interior, we installed Slap Piers for stabilization and then used PolyLevel to lift. On the exterior, we used helical piers for stabilization. Helical piers provide long-lasting foundation support and they don't cause damage the surrounding soil. They are also installed quickly, and covered up so you would never even know they were there!
