Then they’ll clean the sump line and the discharge line to remove any sediment or sand. The WaterWatch Alarm batteries will be switched out and the pump will be flood tested to ensure flawless operation.
Dehumidifier Service
The TimeMachine Data Logger also records relative humidity and temperature so the Service Technician can check that the dehumidifier is functioning properly. The filter also needs to be replaced and the dehumidifier will get thorough cleaning. Additionally, the condensation pump will be checked and cleaned.

If you have SmartJacks installed, the Service Technician will take measurements in your home and compare them to the previous measurements. By comparing current measurements with previous data, we can fine-tune SmartJacks to uphold the integrity of your home's foundation. Then they can then adjust the SmartJacks as deemed necessary.
