EZ-Flow
Using the perimeter drainage system, water is captured in the crawl space and pumped to the sump pump system to be pumped out of the home.
Sump Pump
A crawl space sump pump system was installed to ensure this crawl space remain dry.
Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System completely sealed this crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20mil thick vapor barrier that prevents moisture from seeping into the crawl space from the dirt floor and through the walls. As well as that, it is designed with an additive that prevents mold growth!
