Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Adairsville, Georgia

A realtor reached out to us looking to get an inspection on one of his client's homes. Russel, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the house to see what was going on and how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space had open air vents, high levels of moisture, and lots of mold growing. Wanting to make the buying and selling process easier for the client, the relator wanted to get these problems resolved.    In order to fix up this crawl space, Devon and his crew removed the debris currently present and then sealed all the vents. Then they were able to install the CleanSpace encapsulation system on the floors and walls. To keep the moisture levels full under control, they also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Additionally, they changed the crawl space door and put in an EverLast door to provide the space with an airtight seal.    Now this crawl space is thoroughly protected from mold and moisture!
