Photo Album: Stabilization and Basement Waterproofing in Clarkston, Georgia

This home had a few issues in the basement that needed to be corrected quickly before they caused more problems. Additionally, the homeowner was preparing to put the house up for sale so they wanted to fix it now so it would be worth more. The walls had some serious foundation issues with them bowing and cracking. Additionally, the basement needed to be waterproofed. In order to stabilize the walls, we installed Carbon Armor Straps. For waterproofing, CleanSpace was installed along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now this basement is fixed up and ready to go on the market!
