Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Blairsville, Georgia

We recently encapsulated the crawl space of this 20 year old home in Blairsville, Georgia. The homeowner wanted to get the work done in order to protect their home and family. For this home, we did a full encapsulation job. Starting with removing all debris and sealing off the vents to keep the outdoor elements from getting in. An EverLast door was installed to allow for easy access to the crawl space while also creating a airtight seal. Then we were able to use the CleanSpace encapsulation system and SilverGlo on the walls to encapsulate and insulate the space. This will also keep moisture from getting through the walls or into the air. To control relative humidity, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier along with a condensation pump to remove the water collected from the dehumidifier. The crawl space now looks clean and neat, and is protected from moisture, mold, and pests.
