Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Talking Rock, Georgia

This homeowner reached out, concerned about having mold in their crawl space. It is common for homes in Georgia to have dirt, unenclosed crawl spaces which allows for moisture to get into the home and mold to grow. After a free home inspection, our system design specialist created a plan to protect this crawl space and home. To repair this crawl space we had to first do soda blasting to remove the mold that was in the crawl space and also remove any debris like fallen insulation. Then the crawl space was encapsulated by sealing off the vents and putting up CleanSpace on the walls. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to dehumidify the space and keep moisture out of the air. Now that the crawl space air is clean and dry, the rest of the air in the house will also be better!
