This customer has been dealing with the issue of water leaking in through wall anchors he had in his basement for a few years now. He called to have a free appointment set up to determine the cause of the issues and what we could do to fix them. Upon the inspection he stated the he was dealing with a couple of gallons coming in at a time through these wall anchors. This is a big issues so we knew that we had to help him. We sent our crew out and they were able to solve all of his problems. To begin this install they had to take out the existing wall anchors so they could prepare the wall for waterproofing. Once that was prepared they were able to install the CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard that work together to collect and drain the water that was leaking in the basement. The WaterGuard is then connected to the SuperSump, which pump the water out and away from the home using an exterior drainage system. This system helps to ensure the water that is drained out does not find it way back to the house. With all of these installations working together this customer can rest assured that he will never have to deal with his basement leaking again.
