Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Wet Crawl Space Transformation in Atlanta, Georgia

Tu from Atlanta, Georgia reached out to us looking to get an estimate on waterproofing his home's crawl space. He was frustrated because he had paid a different company to waterproof it a few years ago, however the system they installed failed and his crawl space was now wet and dirty. Tu wanted to ensure that this time he was receiving a permanent waterproofing solution so that he would never have to spend the money or energy on this issue again.   After meeting with one of our System Design Specialists, we created a specialized solution for Tu's home. Components of this solution included installing a TripleSafe pump system, along with an EZ-Flow drainage system. The Triple safe includes extra battery backup so it can keep running even when the power goes out, and it is equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system so Tu will be quickly notified if anything goes wrong with it. Additionally, we installed IceGuard to prevent the discharge lines from getting clogged or frozen. We also removed all the debris from the crawl space and then installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and Liner. The last step in keeping the crawl space dry was adding a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity in the air.   Now Tu can rest assured that his crawl space will always be dry and clean!
