This homeowner gave us a call because they had noticed problems with their crawl space. There was moisture on the walls and the crawl space leaks a few times a year. There was also soft spots and areas that were out of level in the kitchen. The homeowners wanted to ensure the problems did not get worse because they wanted this to be their forever home for their family. After an inspection by Austin, he was able to diagnose the problems and create a custom solution. Austin talked to the homeowners about their options and answered any questions they had. They liked the solutions so they moved forward with having the work done.   Devon and his crew did a great job installing the solutions, starting with putting up SilverGlo and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Then they used the SmartJack support system to carefully raise the floors back to being level and without soft spots. They also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity and moisture. The finishing touch was to install an EverLast door to the entrance of the crawl space.   Now the crawl space is protected from the outside and will stay and clean dry!
