This customer was dealing with unlevel concrete all around the property of their home. This was a concern for them because not only does unlevel concrete cause many tripping hazards, it can also result in improper drainage that can lead to water damage. It also causes uneven pressure distribution which deteriorates the structural integrity of the concrete, leading to cracks. This customer called and scheduled an inspection, and this lead to the solution of PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a lightweight, high-density foam that is installed into the concrete through pea-sized holes that were drilled. This foam expands and lifts the concrete. It does not add any additional weight and it is water and won't wash away. The PolyLevel helped to alleviate the un-level concrete, and the customer was left satisfied. 

This homeowner wanted to get the basement waterproofed to prevent any water damage from occurring to their home and belongings. In order to do the waterproofing, we installed WaterGuard drainage, along with a SuperSump Plus, and CleanSpace. All of these products will work together to keep moisture out of the air, floor, and walls.

In the crawl space, moisture and weakened piers caused the support beams and floor joists to sag and settle. This led to the floors above to sag and feel bouncy. The most effective solution to repair these issues was to install a steel supplemental support beam and SmartJack support posts.

The sidewalk was cracked and uneven, creating a tripping hazard and also a bad appearance. Caleb and George used the PolyLevel system to raise the sunken slab with expanding polyurethane foam. Then they cleaned up the crack and applied the NexusPro joint sealant. 

This customer was in need of leveling of the sidewalk that was in front of their home. To fix this issue it was diagnosed by David, one of the system design specialists during the inspection appointment that PolyLevel was going to be needed. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into the concrete, that not only stabilizes the concrete, but also lifts and levels it. PolyLevel is water and wash-out proof, ensuring that it will not deteriorate during any weather, and the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete will not ruin it. Coley and his crew injected the PolyLevel, immediately leveling the concrete. This customer was left happy with the results.
