This customer called us here at Atlanta Basement Systems concerned with the structural integrity of his driveway. The concrete was cracking, and unlevel. He was concerned that this issue was going to worsen further and sinkholes would begin forming in the driveway. We knew that we wanted to help this customer out, so our renowned concrete repair crew got right to work in giving this customer his peace of mind back. They utilized PolyLevel, NexusPro crack repair, and the NexusPro joint sealant. With all of these combined, it was able to lift and level the concrete, and seal off all of the cracks and joints to prevent water infiltration. This customer was left happy, and now knew that they were going to be safe pulling into their driveway.

This homeowner was tired of dealing with their unlevel and sagging floors, due to their foundation issues, so they reached out to us for a solution. To fix the problem, we installed multiple SmartJacks to raise and support their foundation permanently. Now the home is level and supported, and this homeowner won't have to worry about sagging or sinking in the future!

This home was on the market, but the seller knew there were some issues with the foundation and they wanted to get them fix before they sold the house. At Atlanta Basement Systems, we recently addressed a significant issue for a homeowner in Tyrone, Georgia. Their garage slab had sunken nearly four inches, creating both an unsightly look and a safety concern. The homeowner contacted us for a reliable and lasting solution. Our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough assessment at the homeowner's site. Based on this, we recommended using our PolyLevel system and NexusPro Joint Sealant.

Using the PolyLevel system, our production team drilled small holes in the slab to inject high-strength polyurethane foam beneath. This foam expanded and precisely lifted the concrete back to its original position, ensuring stability and strength. We also applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to address and seal any concrete cracks and joints. This advanced sealant protects the slab by preventing water from seeping in, which can lead to future settling.

By the end of this project, the garage slab was stable and aesthetically restored!

Upon inspection, it was found that PolyLevel was going to fix these issues for this homeowner. PolyLevel is a foam made of structural grade polymers that expands and lifts the concrete to the desired level. It is installed through small holes that are drilled into the concrete, and it is water and wash out proof. Once the PolyLevel was installed the concrete began to level back out, and this customer was no longer left with tripping hazards as he walked into his home.
