This homeowner reached out looking for a solution to stabilize their bouncy floors. They had received a recommendation from a structural engineer to replace their concrete cap blocks with a more stable option. After an inspection and walkthrough with one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner asked us to perform the work. One of our crews went out to the home and installed multiple SmartJacks to stabilize the floor joists and beams. SmartJacks are adjustable steel piers that stop floors from sagging and raise them back to the correct height. This homeowner no longer has to worry about bouncy, sagging floors!

This homeowner reached out to Atlanta Basement Systems because they were tired of water getting into their basement. It was damaging their belongings and also causing mold to grow. In order to prevent further damage, the basement needed to be waterproofed. To do this our crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system along with a TripleSafe pump system. Additionally, IceGuard and LawnScape were installed to keep the system running efficiently and effectively. Then, the CleanSpace Wall System was installed to protect the basement and keep it bright and tidy. Finally, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control the moisture in the air and filter out particles and mold spores. After completion of the work, the homeowner has been happy with their basement staying dry all the time!
