This homeowner had a sump pump installed by another company, but it was just not keeping water out. Especially after the major rain we had with Hurricane Helene. The homeowner was very unhappy so he reached out to us for a new system that would actually protect his home. After meeting with Eddie, they opted to get a TripleSafe Sump Pump installed. The TripleSafe has two pumps to maximize the capacity it can pump out, and if anything happens to one pump you still have the other one. It also has battery backup so it can keep running even when the power goes out. This pump offers more protection and a better ability to pump out water. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind that their home will stay dry!

A Decatur, GA customer had concerns about water seepage through horizontal cracks on their foundation wall. To repair the foundation wall, Atlanta Basement Systems production crew installed a state-of-the-art foundation wall reinforcement system to ensure permanent stabilization and sealed the cracks with a high-quality sealant that will prevent water seepage. 

This home had a damp and humid crawl space that was unfortunately growing mold. In order to solve the problem first the mold was removed by Soda Blasting. Then the debris was removed so that CleanSpace drainage matting and lining could be installed to create a vapor barrier and prevent the growth of mold. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control relative humidity inside. Now the crawl space is clean and dry, and mold will no longer be an issue.

This customer was looking to get his concrete driveway replaced and repaired. There was a section of the concrete that was all cracked, and was becoming unlevel. There were also cracks all throughout the driveway that were becoming a nuisance for the customer. With the cracks and unlevel spots, they could cause many issues that are not wanted for a homeowner. The cracks allow water infiltration, which leads to wash out and messed with the structural integrity of the concrete and foundation. We sent a crew to fix this customers concrete, and they were able to fill the cracks with the NexusPro crack repair, which is a silicone-based sealant, that will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. They also removed the ruined area of concrete and replaced it with a new slab of concrete. This customer was left without a bumpy driveway and the peace of mind that the structural integrity of the driveway and foundation was upheld.
