Moisture in this customers crawl space resulted in the floors above to sag. For a permanent solution to level and stabilize the floors, we installed SmartJack Support Posts with a steel supplemental beam.

This homeowner reached out to us because he was putting his house on the market and wanted to get a few things fixed first. Russell Bush, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the home and preformed a free inspection to see how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space wasn't properly encapsulated and very humid. Russell's recommendation was to use the CleanSpace system to encapsulate the crawl space and then install a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Happy with this solution, the homeowner had us perform the work. Now the crawl space will stay clean and dry for the next homeowner!

In the Franklin, Georgia residence shown, evident water damage on the crawl space walls highlighted the vulnerability of moisture exposure. Efflorescence and dampness marked the need for a robust Waterproofing solution. We installed CleanSpace® encapsulation, bolstering walls against moisture, creating a clean and dry environment. Our SuperSump system provided reliable protection against flooding by efficiently channeling water away from the foundation. IceGuard® ensured continuous water diversion, prepared for any circumstance, even with freezing temperatures. The result is a stabilized crawl space, tackling moisture at the source, reducing humidity and energy costs.

This sidewalk had sunken significantly, causing an eyesore and major tripping hazard. To repair this, we installed a helical pier to ensure permanent stabilization. Then to raise it all the way to be level, we installed PolyLevel Injection Foam. Now this sidewalk is level and safe and looks so much better!
