This customer's crawl space was plagued with water intrusion, mold, and musty odors. We installed our high-performance SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure healthy humidity levels with zero musty odors, along with our CleanSpace System to encapsulate the area permanently. 

The homeowner noticed that one of the finished basement walls was wet and soggy. During the removal of the drywall, a crack was discovered in the foundation wall. We sealed the large wall crack, installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier over top to prevent moisture from leaking in, and installed our WaterGuard drainage system to catch additional water to drain away.

This customer's basement wall had cracks that allowed water to leak in, causing mold and mildew to grow. We sealed the cracks and installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier over the wall to block water from seeping into the basement.
