After Waylon, our Resident Sales Pro, did an inspection of this crawl space he noticed some serious foundation support issues. His suggestion was to install multiple SmartJacks, along with a supplemental beam. SmartJacks are great for crawl spaces because they can be easily adjusted to fit into any space. They're installed on a solid base of engineered fill so that they don't sink over time.
