After Waylon, our Resident Sales Pro, did an inspection of this crawl space he noticed some serious foundation support issues. Helical tiebacks were installed to permanently stabilize this client's cracked retaining wall. 

The most effective solution to this customer's uneven floor problem was to remove the damaged wood posts and install SmartJack support posts. SmartJack support posts are specifically designed to stabilize and level the floor by providing a strong, stable base to support the joists. This is especially helpful for older homes that have sagging floors due to insufficient support.
