The customer's deck was sinking into the ground, making it unlevel and unsteady. Using SmartJack Support Posts, we permanently leveled and stabilized the structure. Each SmartJack was installed with a cast-in footing to eliminate future sinking and instability.   

Having inadequate support in the crawl space led to bouncy floors in the living space above. SmartJack Support Posts were installed to solve the problem.

A church in Atlanta, Georgia approached us because they were having serious foundation issues. There were areas were the floor was slopping and sinking drastically. On the exterior of the house, you could see cracks due to the foundation being out of level. Our permanent solution for fixing this foundation was installing over 30 Push Piers. In the crawl space, moisture and weakened piers caused the support beams and floor joists to sag and settle. This led to the floors above to sag and feel bouncy. The most effective solution to repair these issues was to install a steel supplemental support beam and SmartJack support posts.
