In this basement, we installed the ultimate basement waterproofing system to keep it dry when it rains. CleanSpace vapor barrier installed on the walls, WaterGuared perimeter drainage system, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

There was a water seepage problem in the basement of this Woodstock, GA home as a result of heavy rainfall. To keep this basement dry all the time, an interior perimeter drainage system, a high-performance sump pump, and a wall vapor barrier were installed.  

This homeowner was battling water leaking into their basement and ruining everything they were storing down there. This crawl space was dirty and humid and needed a makeover. To fix it up, Devon and his crew first removed all the debris from the crawl space and then sealed the vents from the inside. Once that was done they were able to install the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and wrap the bottom of the piers. This gives the crawl space a clean, bright appearance but it also creates a vapor barrier to protect the space from moisture and mold. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter the air.  Now the crawl space looks amazing and is guaranteed to stay dry!
