This homeowner had just bought their home and wanted to have their crawl space looked at. Upon inspection by one of our System Design Specialists, Trey found the crawl space had a lot of moisture and mold. In order to get rid of the mold, Justin used soda blasting. Now that the mold has been removed, the next steps are to waterproof the crawl space so that the mold won't come back.

The drywall and subfloor in this basement were damaged by water infiltration through the foundation wall. As a solution to this problem, our crew installed an interior perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe sump pump.

We wanted to provide her with the solution to these problems before they progressed into something further. Not only is cracked concrete a safety issue, but its not pretty, and it is certainly a constant reminder of a compromise in the function. We got right to work utilizing PolyLevel and NexusPro to give this back patio the makeover it needed. Not only did these help to return the peace of mind that the concrete on the outside of this home was going to hold up and not continue to cause further issues down the line, but this also provided an inviting area for this family to enjoy the space of their back patio again. 

This home in Winder, Georgia had some serious mold issues due to moisture in the crawl space. In order to solve this problem, the mold needed to be removed and then the crawl space needed to be fully encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew used soda blasting to do the mold remediation. Then they sealed all the vents to prevent outside air from getting in. Once that was done, they installed SilverGlo for insulation and also the CleanSpace encapsulation system. This will keep the encapsulation dry and also improve the insulation for the crawl space and the home. Additionally, they put in a SaniDry Sedona to keep the relative humidity at the correct levels. Now this crawl space will be dry and won't grow mold!
