Before: Our recent project in Atlanta, Georgia, shows a classic unsealed crawl space plagued by moisture, humidity, and the threat of mold. These common issues contribute to higher energy bills, structural damage, and discomfort at home.

After: With our installation of the CleanSpace encapsulation system, we provided a complete solution. This durable 20-mil polymer liner effectively sealed the area against moisture. This transformation enhances structural integrity, ensures long-term usability, and promotes energy efficiency across the home.

This musty and wet crawl space was transformed into a dry, healthy, and clean space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

As a result of foundation settlement, cracks appeared on the exterior and interior as well as uneven floors. We installed foundation piers as a permanent solution to the problem.

Water damage in the crawl space led to wood rot and the floor above to sag. With our SmartJack Support Post System, we were able to permanently resolve the problem.

A church in Atlanta, Georgia approached us because they were having serious foundation issues. There were areas were the floor was slopping and sinking drastically. On the exterior of the house, you could see cracks due to the foundation being out of level. Our permanent solution for fixing this foundation was installing over 30 Push Piers.
