This homeowner reached out to get a quote for repairing their driveway. The driveway had multiple deep cracks, and areas that were significantly out of level. Because it is a stone driveway, replacing it would be costly, and leaving the issues untreated would just cause further damage. In order to fix it, Austin recommended using the PolyLevel system. The homeowner liked the proposed solution and went ahead with scheduling the work. Our expert PolyLevel crew did a great job with installation and cleanup and now the driveway looks good as new!
This customer was dealing with structural foundation issues, that had an effect on the driveway of the home. The concrete of the driveway was cracked, unlevel and was overall not appealing to look at. Not only can cracked and unlevel concrete cause issues for the homeowner, such as tripping hazards and bumpy drives, but it can also cause further damage to the home. Cracked concrete allows water in, which washes out the soil, leaving the concrete unstable. To fix all of these issues for this homeowner, our concrete repair team installed PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete, and the foam lifts and stabilizes the concrete. NexusPro crack repair fills the voids of the cracks, is water and wash out proof and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. With both of these installed to the driveway, it was not level, crack free and stabilized, which left the homeowner with peace of mind about their home.
This customer had issues with a leaking crawl space. There was mold growing in the crawl space due to the moisture and relative humidity levels. These were big concerns for them, so they called us and we were able to set them up with a free inspection. Upon inspection water was found in the crawl space along with a large amount of mold that had grown on the wood. We sent our crew out and they were able to resolve all of these issues. CleanSpace, WaterGuard and a SuperSump pump were installed in the crawl space. All of these work together to keep moisture out of the crawl space. The CleanSpace works as a barrier and allows the water to drain down into the WaterGuard, which takes the water to the super sump pump, which then discharges the water outside and away from the home. This sump pump was installed alongside with Ice Guard which keeps the pump from freezing over, ensuring that there is never a clog and the water drains back into the crawl space. A CleanSpace vent seal was also installed to keep the outside air out, leaving the crawl space completely shut off and dry. The SaniDry Sedona was also used, which is a dehumidifier, the smallest and most efficient that keeps the relative humidity at a certain range, ensuring there is no moisture in the air of the crawl space.
Using SmartJack support posts, we corrected the sagging floors above this homeowner's crawl space.
This customer was dealing with little stability and multiple cracks in his concrete. He wanted to get these issues fixed and live with peace of mind that there was stability in the concrete surrounding his home. He gave us at Atlanta Basement Systems a call, to get an inspection to determine what we could do to help him and resolve the issues he was having at his home. Our sales rep was able to conduct an inspection and come to the conclusion that we would need to send a crew to install NexusPro crack repair, and they replaced an area of the concrete. The replacement of the concrete was able to ensure that the stability was restored to the area. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water infiltration and will not deteriorate or crack again during the natural contraction and expansion of concrete during the change of temperature and seasons. This customer was left thoroughly pleased with the results.
