This homeowner in Sautee Nacooche was tired of dealing with their humid, dirty crawl space so they called Atlanta Basement Systems out to encapsulate the space and protect it from moisture. Our team removed the debris and encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace encapsulation system. Titus and his crew installed 4 SmartJacks in the crawl space of this home, to level and stabilize the floors. SmartJacks are installed into the ground of the crawl space to the stable soil, and all of the steel beams are connected, and the system is tightened into place. This immediately stabilizes the floors, and the home levels.

An EZ-Flow perimeter drainage system was installed around this customer's crawl space to capture and drain water to the sump pump system to be pumped out and away from the home's foundation.
