Pre WaterGuard
This is how they install the WaterGuard, they dig a hole in the concrete to place the WaterGuard underneath so that it can drain the water to the sump pump, without exposing the water to the area.
WaterGuard Installation
Once the WaterGuard is installed it is surrounded with gravel to act as a filter to allow the water to flow freely, while keeping anything that could cause a clog out. It is then covered with a thin layer of concrete so it is discreet. The WaterGuard drains the water to the sump pump.
CleanSpace wall system
This is what the CleanSpace wall system looks like once it is installed. This is a durable liner that allows the water to drain behind it, avoiding exposure to the basement. The water seeps behind the CleanSpace, into the WaterGuard.

SuperSump Plus sump pump
The sump pump is what collects the water and drains it out of the home. The water moves from behind the CleanSpace, down to the WaterGuard and then to the sump pump. It is placed in a hole that is dug, and is then covered with a thin layer of concrete as well. This sump pump also included IceGuard, which will keep the pump from freezing over, causing a blockage, which could lead to a flooded basement.
