To alleviate these issues, Ken and Jonah had to remove all the debris and seal the crawl space vents first. Then they installed the CleanSpace drainage matting and liner to create a vapor barrier. CleanSpace is made with antimicrobial additives to prevent the growth of mold. Because of the moisture damage to the wood, they also added SmartJacks to support the foundation and prevent sagging.
