This home had a dirty, damp crawl space that was the perfect breeding ground for mold. During his inspection, Russell pointed out the mold to the homeowner and also explained why the mold was growing in the space. He suggested a crawl space encapsulation, along with a dehumidifier, and an EverLast Door. Our crew encapsulated the space by using CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier, they also sealed off any vents, and installed the EverLast Door to create an accessible entrance with an airtight seal.
