This homeowner had some serious cracks in their garage that they were worried about. They had us and other companies in the area to come out to offer up solutions and ultimately they went with us because we had better pricing and reviews. In order to repair the cracks we had to first raise the concrete and level it with PolyLevel Injection Foam. Once the concrete was fully leveled then George and Caleb used NexusPro Crack Repair to fill the cracks. This will prevent further damages to the concrete.  

Moisture in this customers crawl space led to mold growth. To prevent future moisture and mold problems we installed our high performance SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

To prevent moisture from leaking through the dirt floor and walls in this customers crawl space, we encapsulated the space using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. 

This crawl space needed an encapsulation due to high moisture levels. This moisture was causing humidity in the crawl space and also in the home. It also created the perfect environment for mold to start growing. We went in and removed all the mold and debris in the crawl space and then encapsulated by using CleanSpace. Also the vents were sealed and we installed an EverLast Door to ensure an airtight seal. SmartJacks had to be installed to support the foundation where the moisture had weakened it. The finishing touch was putting in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity and filter the air. 

Using SmartJack support posts, we corrected the sagging floors above this homeowner's crawl space.
