Photo Album: Foundation Repair in Lavonia, Georgia

We recently worked with this homeowner in order to fix up some foundation issues present with their home. They had some large cracks that could be seen from outside of their home. One of the cracks was superficial so it just needed to be sealed. One of the other cracks was related to the movement of the foundation. This movement was due to soil that was not dense enough to be load bearing for an addition they had put on their home. In order to remediate this issue, we installed 6 Push Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation.
