After recently purchasing their home, this Acworth customer noticed mold growth and musty odors in the living area of their home. The crawl space was the source of these odors. Upon thoroughly assessing the crawl space, it was discovered there was a moisture problem causing mold growth and musty odors. To solve the problem, our team implemented a comprehensive moisture control plan to reduce the moisture levels and further prevent mold growth. The plan included fully encapsulating the crawl space with a crawl space sump pump system, a heavy-duty vapor barrier, and a powerful dehumidification system. These measures are designed to minimize moisture in the crawl space, as well as keep out pests and other contaminants.
