Photo Album: Crawl Space Cleanup in Lexington, Georgia

Austin Smith, one of our System Design Specialists, did a free inspection on this home in Lexington, Georgia. After talking with the homeowner, and walking through the house he noted a couple of concerns. The crawl space had high moisture levels, along with a foul odor. There was also evidence of bugs and spiders being present in the space. The homeowner had been dealing with these issues for 4 to 5 years and he wanted to get them fixed now before they caused further issues.    After seeing the crawl space and its issues, and discussing solutions and budget with the customer, Austin created a custom plan. This plan included removing the current debris and then laying down drainage matting and CleanSpace. Additionally, the plan included adding a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace prevents a lot of moisture from getting in, and the dehumidifier is the finishing touch to keep the crawl space dry.   Now the crawl space looks cleaner and brighter, and it is protected from the outside elements and animals!
