This homeowner knew that she had issues with her crawl space, but she did not want to go down there and discover them herself, so she gave us a call. After Nic arrived to the home, he talked to the owner about the history or the house and what problems she has noticed. Some of these included humidity in the house and a strange smell sometimes.
