This homeowner gave us a call after Hurricane Helene because the sump pump she had installed previously could not hold up. This pump had been installed by a different company a few years prior, but they were not willing to uphold the previous warranty, so the owner called us. Once Justin was out there to look at the pump, he told the owner about a couple more options she had to ensure the basement was fully waterproofed. She then opted to install a new sump pup, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace. For her new pump, we put in a SuperSump to manage any water that might get in in the future. The owner was extremely happy with how everything turned out and she was especially pleased with how quickly we could get there after a major storm!
