This homeowner reached out looking to get their basement and crawl space waterproofed and protected. In the past, they had dealt with water getting in and puddling on the floor. For the basement, we installed WaterGuard drainage, with a TripleSafe sump pump, and LawnScape at the end of the discharge line. In the crawl space, we installed EZ-Flow drainage. For both the crawl space and basement, CleanSpace was put up on the walls to encapsulate and create a vapor barrier. To fully encapsulate the crawl space, we also sealed off the vents.
