Photo Album: Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing in Morganton, Georgia

This homeowner was getting ready to sell there house. Their relator had given them a list of suggested things to fix around the house to increase the home's value. One of the suggestions was to waterproof both the basement and crawl space, which is when we were called in. After performing an inspection, Dave created a custom plan to repair this wet basement and damp crawl space.   The first necessary task was to remove all the present mold with soda blasting. Once this had been finished, Josh and his crew was able to install CleanSpace Wall System to create a vapor barrier in both the basement and crawl space. Also, any vents in the crawl space were sealed off to encapsulate the space. Then WaterGuard with a SuperSump were placed around the perimeter of the basement, to collect and pump out any water. With the sump pump we installed an exterior drainage line that has a LawnScape Outlet and IceGuard to prevent a frozen line or clogs. The finishing touch was adding a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humdity and filter the air for mold spores and allergens.
