Photo Album: Crawl Space Waterproofing in Milner, Georgia

This homeowner had moved in only 4 days before their crawl space inspection with Austin. They suspected there was mold and moisture in the crawl space and there was also soft spots and areas out of level in the home. While inspected the crawl space, Austin confirmed that mold was growing in the crawl space and the excessive moisture had caused damage to the wooden supports. To remedy this, Austin recommended waterproofing and encapsulation and also SmartJacks. After talking with Austin and asking any questions they had, the homeowners were ready to move forward. We installed CleanSpace and sealed the vents to the crawl space, along with SilverGlo insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensation pump, and the SmartJacks. Now the crawl space is looking a lot better and it is protected and dry. One less thing for this new homeowner to have to worry about!
